Our body imaging division is world-class with 20 radiologists covering radiographic/fluoroscopic, CT, US, and MR imaging of the chest, abdomen, pelvis and musculoskeletal system. ARA division members cultivate their own areas of expertise making their work focused, thorough and personal. Our attention to detail is essential. Our sharing of information is exceptional. Such areas of expertise include: - Image-guided biopsies - Fluoroscopically-guided procedures - Women’s Imaging - Emergency medicine imaging - Body MRI - Hepatobiliary imaging - Sports medicine imaging All of these are available through the group’s extensive PACS for real-time consultations with one another, creating a unique skill set from experts everywhere and highly subspecialized interpretations. Our body imaging division is expansive. It covers approximately15 practice settings including care at large tertiary care hospitals, emergency imaging at Level 1 trauma centers, oncologic imaging at cancer hospitals, musculoskeletal imaging at large orthopedic practices and general outpatient imaging at several full-service outpatient imaging centers in the Dallas Metroplex. While we also oversee interpret exams performed in other cities, thanks to our internal PACS, we stand by our belief that sharing knowledge is key to unique insights and correct diagnoses. We teach radiology residents and fellows through daily conferences and participate in regular hospital based clinical conferences, including shoulder, foot, ankle, chest and gastrointestinal. ARA.
