Chris Smith, MD

MSK Fellowship Trained – Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology / Washington University School of Medicine

Dr. Smith joins ARA’s musculoskeletal section with an impressive educational and leadership background. After graduating #1 in his class at UT Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Smith went on to the prestigious Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis where he was elected Chief Resident by both his many talented peers and faculty. Dr. Smith then stayed on at Mallinckrodt/Wash U to complete a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging under the direction of Dr. David Rubin, during which time he honed his skills across the gambit of orthopedic imaging and musculoskeletal interventional procedures. Dr. Smith has numerous publications and awards to his credit.
